Article 1 (Application)

If a user breaches these Terms, the Company may restrict use or cancel registration without prior notice.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not warrant that the Service is free of factual or legal defects. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms without notice when it deems necessary. Any change becomes effective when posted on this website.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
