Yes. ERPNext.JP's implementation support plan covers data migration from existing systems. Standard import functionality is included for master data (items, customers, BOMs, etc.) and transaction data, including bulk imports from CSV and Excel. We will scope the exact migration steps and effort during the free trial.

ERPNext.JP runs on high-performance infrastructure (12GB RAM, 6 CPU cores, 1TB SSD) with regular backups and disaster-recovery procedures as standard. All traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS, and per-user permissions plus role-based access control minimize the risk of information leakage.

No minimum term. Contracts are monthly and you can cancel from the next month. "Try it first, stop if it doesn't fit" significantly lowers the barrier to ERP adoption. We also offer a 14-day free trial so you can confirm fit before contracting.
